Each shared flat for students in Valencia, occupies an entire  building  floor, and consists of a dining room with TV, fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, fridge, microwave …) and garden terrace. The apartments are exterior and like the rooms overlook the Turia Gardens.

Of the 5 rooms in each floor, there are:
• 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms.
• 3 rooms with shared bathroom (2 bathrooms  for these 3 rooms).

Twin rooms can be rented either with private or shared bathroom, depending on the student’s preferences.

All Twin rooms with shared bath at Residencial Caldes are comfortable and comfortably furnished . All are outdoor rooms,  full of light and beautiful views of the Turia Gardens. The rooms have a single bed , a dressed wardrobe with drawers and hangers, and a desk and chair. Besides central heating, free Wifi Internet access and television. All rooms have door lock. There is a garden or sun terrace available to all students.

In the twin room with shared bath prices, are included the following services:
• Accommodation.
• Weekly cleaning OF COMMON AREAS.
• Bed linen (quilt, blanket, sheets, pillow) and towels.
• Internet service Wi – Fi.

It performs billing services for students, scholars , Erasmus, officials and business professionals.

Prices-Rates

Prices for LONG STAY ACCOMODATION (ERASMUS, scholarship students, and university MASTERS of full course),  are the following:

• Single Room with shared bathroom          275 € / mes + IVA (VAT tax not included)
• Single Room with private bathroom         325 € / mes + IVA (VAT tax not included)
• Ensuite Double Room                                450 € / mes +  IVA (VAT tax not included)

NOTICES

• All prices you see below in the box down rates, are for students of Spanish courses , business professionals …  for SHORT STAYS, defined as days or few weeks.
• If you prefer, you can hire a few days, and once you verify that fits what you need, extend your period of stay.
• For weekly accommodation  for spanish courses students, check-in will be always on SUNDAY, and check-out on SATURDAY.
• Business profesionals: a full week regardless  check-in and check-out day.
• If for any reason you need to check-in in another different day, you can hire additional individual days.
